Good location and decent management. The building is older but they maintain it well. One issue — the heating system is inconsistent. Some units get too hot, others barely warm. Ask which side of the building you're on before signing.

Landlord was completely different after signing. Friendly during the showing, unreachable after. Had a leak in the bathroom for three weeks before anyone came. The super is nice but overworked. I wouldn't recommend this building to anyone paying what I paid.

Honestly one of the better buildings I've lived in downtown. Quiet neighbors, clean hallways, management responds within a day. The laundry room is small but otherwise no complaints.
